TO ALL OUR CLIENTS
Although we encourage all clients to set up automatic monthly bank dafts directly with their insurance company, we are happy to accept your payments to your insurance company in our office, during regular business hours, by cash or money order. We can also process your credit or debit card payments in our office or by phone to our branches. A processing fee may apply. We do not accept personal checks, but will be happy to process a checking account EFT on your behalf, if your insurance company allows them.
If you have a homeowner or commercial policy, financed by a premium finance company, we recommend you pay the premium finance company directly. If we process premium finance company payments for you, we require a 3 day processing period, meaning that you need to have the payment to us at least 3 days before the due date.
